Return & Refund Policy

At Maison Miauw, we want both you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• Items must be in resellable condition with all tags intact

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used or damaged items (unless they arrived damaged)
• Perishable goods (like treats)
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Sale or final clearance items

2. Exchanges

• You can exchange an item for the same product in a different size or variation, or for a different item of equal or higher value (price difference applies).
• Exchanges follow the same 14-day return window and product condition requirements as returns.
• To start an exchange, email info@maison-miauw.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your preferred replacement.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or issue
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot refund items lost in transit

2. The reason for return
3. Any relevant photos (for damaged or incorrect items)
